Save money by ordering a Side of All Natural Beef. Simply fill out our Side Cutting Instructions to let us know exactly how you’d like to receive your beef.
- Seven Bridges Beef is sold by the hanging weight at only $5.09 per pound*.
- This includes cutting, wrapping, and freezing to your specifications.
- You may purchase it whole, half or split sides.
- Hanging weights average around 800-850 pounds for whole, 400-425 pounds for half and 187.5 pounds split sides.
- The weight you actually take home averages about 65% of the hanging weight depending on the cuts you indicate.
